Another landscape piece, which was started and completed in different years. These seem to now be part of a series that I have unknowingly started in using light and water as elements. I have again included an animal as part of the subject.

This is one of the few portraits I've ever done. I find that painting a portrait is significantly different, in that each area of color and light/dark tones need to be more precise and will take a little longer.
